Great customer service and fitting. I love my floor. I didn’t want a perfect smooth floor but something more rustic. It looks great and the fitter did a great job of blending the new floor to the old floor where the 2 rooms join.

The company was efficient and helpful throughout our rather extended period from choosing to laying. We had three different carpets to choose, and they patiently bore with us as we laboriously decided, readily obtaining samples for us. Inspection for the purpose of preparation of the quotation was thorough. Laying had to be done in two visits, and at a late stage we added the task of re-laying an old stair carpet, requiring a change of date for the second visit, all equably re-arranged. We are very content with the result.

Upper Street Carpet & Flooring installed a Karndean Korlok Floor. The service was first class from first inquiry to final fitting. The shop was extremely helpful in advising on the right kind of flooring for my needs - a kitchen diner. The surveyor who came to estimate was punctual, polite and gave further good advice. And the two fitters who came to install were also punctual, polite and did an excellent job. Highly recommend
